Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. If you contact us, we use the content of your message only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most hosted services, the site receives routine server-log information, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use limited information to operate, secure, repair, measure, and improve the service. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
Outside Websites
Links can lead to Delta Township, Eaton County, Michigan, library, archive, or third-party search services. Their own privacy terms control information you provide after leaving this service. That includes sponsored results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure and otherwise do not share it beyond these purposes.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. Because there are no accounts, the service does not keep a visitor password or profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website holds. We keep very little, so a request normally means reviewing the contact mailbox and applicable server logs, then removing what can be removed. Use the Contact page to ask. Michigan Freedom of Information Act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 et seq., concerns records held by public bodies; it does not place Delta Township, Eaton County, or Michigan government records under our control. Send a correction or removal request for an official record to its custodian.
